The administrator of databases of personal data provided by customers of the online store in connection with purchases is the Service Provider.
Personal data is provided by the Customer voluntarily and is used only for the implementation of sales contracts, therefore they may be transferred to entities responsible for the delivery of the purchased goods to the customer (depending on the selected delivery method), the entity responsible for the Service Provider's accounting and entities dealing with IT support for the data administrator. Customers have the right to access their data and to correct it.
Access, change, and correction of personal data may be made at any time through the Customer's account after prior registration and logging in or by contacting the Service Provider.
Consents to the processing of personal data are valid until the consent is revoked by the customer, and after such revocation, for the period necessary for the implementation of sales contracts and the storage of accounting documentation.
The Service Provider cares for the security of Customers' personal data - wherever it is required to provide personal data, the connection between the Customer and the server is encrypted.
The Service Provider stores cookies on the Buyer's end device and then gains access to the information contained therein for statistical purposes and to ensure the proper operation of the Store.
