Refund policy

§ 1 The item is not as described

If the product is not as described, please report it to us. The seller decides to accept the return, so if you receive a negative decision, you can claim your rights in court.

§ 2 The item is damaged

If the item has been delivered to you damaged, you can inform us and request a repair or replacement for a defect-free product. This option is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If you notice a defect during this time - also report it.

§ 3 I want to exchange an item for another

It is always up to the seller's will to exchange an item for another. We are under no obligation to comply with such a request. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us and we will agree the exchange conditions together.

§ 4 The cost of returning the item

 

If we accept your complaint, we will refund all costs related to this purchase.

If you withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and you were informed about it before concluding the contract, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. We will refund you the cost of the first shipment, in the amount of the cheapest option that was available in the offer.
