§ 1 Shipment and delivery

Standard shipping is provided by local (national) postal operators. As a result, we guarantee a proven supplier and the possibility of tracking the shipment. Delivery time up to 14 days.

 

§ 2 Delays in delivery

Shipping time is an estimated shipping date, not the order date, and may take longer than expected due to incorrect address or other reasons. There may be other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control which may lead to delays such as customs, public / national holidays, natural disasters, strikes or delays in air and ground transportation etc.
