REGULATIONS OF DISTANCE SELLING AND ELECTRONIC SERVICES
These regulations specify the rules of making purchases in the Uanited Internet shop conducted at www.uanited.com and the rules regarding processing of personal data.
§ 1 General information

also referred to alternatively as "Service Provider". -
The Seller can be contacted by phone, e-mail or traditional mail. The contact details are given in the "Contact" tab on the Shop website.
§ 2 Definitions
- Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions effective as of 19.05.2018
- Client (Buyer) - a natural person who is at least 13 years of age, whereby if the person is under 18 years of age, the consent of his/her statutory representative is required, as well as a legal person and an organisational unit which is not a legal person and to which special provisions grant legal capacity, and which makes or intends to make an Order or uses other services of the Online Store (including Consumers).
- Object of transaction - Goods listed and described on the website of the Internet Shop. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website is up to date. If, however, some of the ordered Goods are not available, the Seller shall be obliged to immediately inform the Buyer about the situation by phone or via e-mail.
- Goods - movable thing to which the Sales Agreement refers.
- Additional Service - a service provided by the Service Provider to the Client outside the Online Shop in relation to the nature of the sold products.
- Product - Goods and Additional Services presented in the Internet Shop.
- Sales Agreement - agreement for the sale of Products within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer, using means of distance communication (including the telephone).
- Uanited Internet Shop - website available at www.uanited.com, through which the Customer may purchase Products.
- Site - Provider and Customer.
- Shop website - any website or sub-site located at www.uanited.com.
- Order - Customer's declaration of will specifying unambiguously the type and quantity of Products, aiming directly at concluding a Distance Sales Agreement via the Internet Shop.
§ 3 General Rules
- The condition of placing an Order in the Internet Shop by the Buyer is reading these Regulations and accepting their provisions during the realisation of the Order.
- Uanited online shop conducts retail sales via the Internet.
- All products offered in the UANITED shop are brand new, originally packaged, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced into the Polish market.
§ 4 Splacing orders
- All prices given in the Shop are gross prices given in Polish zloty (they include VAT). The prices do not include shipping costs.
- The Buyer has the option to change the currency to euro (EUR), US dollars (USD) or British pounds (GBP).
- Orders are accepted via the website, by phone or email.
- Orders placed via the website (or by email) can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.
- An order is effective if the Buyer fills in the order form correctly and provides correct contact details, including the exact delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- In case the provided data is not complete, the Seller will contact the Buyer. If the Buyer cannot be contacted, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order.
- The Buyer agrees to issue and send electronically, to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, electronic images of settlement documents, in particular such as: VAT invoices with attachments, corrective VAT invoices with attachments and forms. This consent also authorizes the Seller to issue and send VAT invoices in electronic form, in accordance with the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 17 December 2010 on sending invoices in electronic form, the rules of their storage, and the manner of making them available to tax authorities or tax inspection bodies.
- The Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data in connection with the Order. The Buyer may use the registration option (storing his/her data by the system) in order to facilitate the process of placing another Order. For this purpose the Buyer should provide a login and password necessary to access their account. The Customer's login is the e-mail address or login name provided by the Customer. The password is a string of characters determined by the Customer. The Customer's password is not known to the Seller and the Customer is obliged to keep it secret and protect it against unauthorized access by third parties. Registration is not necessary to complete an order. Data of an unregistered customer is processed only for the purpose of processing a single order.
- In the case of registration in the shop, the Buyer agrees to the inclusion of his personal data in the database of the Seller's Internet Shop in order to process them in connection with the execution of Orders. The Buyer has the right to inspect their data, correct them and demand their deletion. Additional information on the processing of personal data can be found in paragraph 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
- After the Customer has placed an effective order, he/she will receive an automatic response from the shop confirming that the order has been accepted.
- The time of commencement of processing of the order is the moment of receipt of payment to the bank account specified in the confirmation of the order (in the case of transfer payment) or the moment of completion of the order with completed payment in the electronic payment system (PayU, PayPal) or selection of the "cash on delivery" option.

§ 5 Shipping costs and deadline

§ 6 Payments
- We issue a VAT invoice for each product sold. For customers who do not have a VAT number a personal VAT invoice is issued.
- The payment for the ordered goods may be made on delivery (upon the receipt of the goods), through the electronic payment system (PayU, PayPal) or by transfer to the shop's bank account.
- In the case of certain types of assortment, the service provider reserves the right to limit the payment method by excluding selected payment options on the website.
§ 7 Receipt of goods
- Dostawy są realizowane na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej, Unii Europejskiej oraz do wybranych krajów Europy, Ameryki Północnej, Ameryki Południowej, Australii, Azji oraz Afryki.
- Przed odebraniem przesyłki z poczty lub od kuriera należy sprawdzić, czy opakowanie nie uległo uszkodzeniu w transporcie. W szczególności należy zwrócić uwagę na stan taśm lub plomb naklejonych na przesyłkę. W przypadku, gdy opakowanie przesyłki nosi znamiona uszkodzenia lub, gdy plomby (taśmy) są zerwane należy nie przyjmować przesyłki i w obecności kuriera sporządzić protokół szkody oraz skontaktować się jak najszybciej ze sprzedawcą w celu wyjaśnienia sprawy. Brak stwierdzenia nieprawidłowości w zakresie stanu ilościowego lub jakościowego przesyłki przy odbiorze może mieć negatywny wpływ na wynik rozpatrzenia roszczeń Klienta z tytułu uszkodzenia czy okradzenia przesyłki w transporcie.
§ 8 Withdrawal from the contract
- A consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by making an appropriate statement (in writing, by email or by telephone). However, it is limited in time and is entitled for 14 days (legal basis: the ACT ON CONSUMER RIGHTS of 30 May 2014 and the DIRECTIVE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL 2011/83/EU of 25 October 2011). This period is a deadline and shall be counted from the date of delivery of the item, and when the contract concerns the provision of a service - from the date of its conclusion. In order to meet this deadline it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.
- The right indicated in the Directive concerns consumer sales, so it applies only to sales to a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes unrelated to professional or business activity.
- Goods returned under this procedure will be accepted if and only if they are sent back fully complete and the product itself and its accessories are undamaged and bear no traces of use indicating that the product has been used other than for testing purposes.
- In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the returned goods shall be sent back at the Service Provider's registered office address at your own expense.
- The return shipment should be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal from the contract and the account number to which the shop is to return the payment. The template is available as Annex 2 to the Consumer Law Act of 30 May 2014 (available here) and as Annex 1 to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011. (available here). A sample form can also be sent directly to the Buyer's email.
- Within two working days of receiving the goods together with a statement of withdrawal, the shop will check the product. If the goods meet the requirements listed in paragraph 3 of this section, a correction invoice will be issued. The original and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the Customer by priority mail. The Customer should send back a signed copy of the corrective invoice. After receiving it, within 7 working days, the Store will refund the payment to the Customer's designated account.
§ 9 Final provisions
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and the Act of 23 April 1964 shall apply. - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121 as amended).
- Disputes arising from the application of these Regulations and in connection with the performance of contracts concluded between the Store and Customers will be considered by the Court with jurisdiction according to
provisions on material and local jurisdiction in accordance with the Act of 17.11.1964 Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121 as amended) - The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with the proviso that contracts concluded before the amendment of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed by the Customer
